Scott is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alliant Personnel Solutions Inc. (APSI) and the Executive Director of the Mike Minter Workforce Development Program. Scott's vision and mission for business is driven by an attitude of services, ethical core values and building great relationships around the community. His strong determination to provide opportunities to those who are in need is the reason he decided to leave the corporate world in 2007 and become an entrepreneur. |

| Scott cut his teeth in the corporate world working in various personnel related jobs such as Scheduling Consultant, EEO and Human Resource Manager before being recruited by Tech USA. Scott quickly utilized his previous corporate, education and military experiences to become successful in the staffing industry. During his tenure at Tech USA, he developed new business practices that included, national recruiting/sales training program, new scale able services for government/non-profit and recruiting solutions for intelligence agencies in Washington, DC. Over 10 years, Scott became one of the top executives and board member at the firm generating top revenue employees around the country. His executive decisions to focus on government based services catapulted the organization from start-up to mid-sized classification in a short period of time earning him high honors and awards as one of the top staffing executives in the business and making Tech USA one of the fastest growing firms in the country. His prior corporate expertise served helpful in his entrepreneurial quest as he founded APSI in 2007, which is one of the only certified & accredited telecommunications training, staffing and installation solutions firms in the region.
Scott’s focus is now turned toward community service. He serves as the Executive Director for a workforce development program designed for high demand job markets around the United States. He and his partners have teamed up with Community Ambassador and Retired NFL Player Mike Minter to offer staffing and technical training services to unemployed, dislocated, underserved, at-risk youth and military veterans retraining for future high demand careers. Scott’s combined military leadership, training and education in Business/Marketing from Colorado Technical University has allowed him to serve in successful roles over the years in Personnel, Staffing, Management, Executive Leadership and now Entrepreneur/Owner.
