Tyrone Davis, also known as "Redfish", is a native of Charlotte, N.C.. He has been a major contributor to the Hip Hop culture in the Charlotte area for the past 19 years. While serving as youth pastor at Life Center Ministries in 2002, Redfish found that his love and passion for the art had a deeper purpose. After six years of working as Director of Promotions, Redfish got started in radio as the co-host of an Urban/Holy Hip Hop Gospel Radio Show. Today, Redfish hosts his own radio show called the "Still Blazin Mix Show", which airs every Saturday, between 7pm until 9pm, on WGIV 103.3 FM / 1370 AM and online at www.wgiv.net and www.stillblazinradio.com. In conjunction with the radio show, Redfish also distributes the "Still Blazin Mixtape series", mixed by DJ COG of the With These Hands Mix Academy. Redfish is also chairman the Still Blazin Committee, which is a team of individuals that help keep him grounded.His vision is to make the "Still Blazin Mix Show" the best source for quality, hard hitting Inspirational Hip Hop. |
