Edith T. Elzie, CEO of LZ Solutions, has extensive leadership, management, operations and training experience in the private, public and government sectors. Edith has learned, practiced and taught successful business development strategies during her 30+ year professional career.

Having been associated with the nation’s largest business coaching and training company, Edith brings real-world experience and energy to the company and the education process. In 1999 Edith experienced sales growth of 300% in her personal sales business while utilizing many of the techniques being taught by LZ Solutions. Much of her success is attributed to her “meet-you-where-you-are,” hands-on, straightforward and participatory approach.

LZ Solutions is a business development services company created to provide education and training for small business owners and entrepreneurs. Business owners are assisted in creating and implementing systems specifically designed for their businesses that, if utilized, will dramatically enhance business opportunities, production and profitability.
