Emma J. Farmer has over 35 years of professional experience which includes hospitality and education. Her last 22 ½ years have been in the hospitality industry where for 15 years she held the titles of Director of Sales and Marketing, General Manager and Area General Manager for Marriott

International. For the past 7 ½ years, Emma has held the titles of General Manager, Director of Revenue Management, Director of Operations and most recently VP of Operations and Sales for SREE Hotels, a successful franchise company in the Charlotte area.

Emma brings to Cybertary - Charlotte experience in leadership, training and development, team building, human resources, operations, sales and marketing.

Emma is very strong in building, leading, managing, motivating and mentoring professional talent.

What Emma is most proud of is the role that she has played in the development of numerous associates that started in hourly or line level positions and are now currently General Managers or leaders in the hotel industry.

Emma holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and she has many certifications, certificates of achievement and awards from Marriott International.
